ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN<\/h2>\n

After extensive measures to modernise the building, we have created modern studio apartments out of a town palace dating from the Gr\u00fcnderzeit: the golden age of 19th-century industry. The architectural features of the old building have been incorporated into a unique living and lifestyle concept.<\/p>\n

The sleeping area is situated on a raised gallery, with a view over the living area and through the floor-to-ceiling windows. We’ve taken advantage of the height of the building to create another highlight: a 360\u00b0 lounge terrace overlooking the landmarks of our city, such as the Michel, the Elbphilharmonie and the harbour.<\/p>\n
